The friendly experienced crew of Airlie Beach Fishing looks forward to welcoming you aboard our 30' vessel, Stryker, located at Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach
The crew are passionate about trying to give you the best charter and a great time!
They offer 4, 6 and 8 hour trips, both shared and private charters are available
These waters are home to Nannygai, Sweetlip Emperor, Red Emperor Snapper, Coral Trout, Cod, and more There are over 1500 varieties in the Whitsundays
Some species may be off limits to keep but the crew will help with what is allowed to be kept and the size limits Most trips are bottom bashing style of fishing
Planning a family adventure? Kids from 5 years old are absolutely welcome!
Your trip begins aboard a 30' vessel called Stryker that can carry up to 10 passengers. It has all the essentials.
We provide complimentary bottled water, but you can bring any other drinks you would like, however please no glass aboard.
Alcohol is permitted but limited to a 6 pack per person in cans.
Complimentary Sunscreen is provided, and we highly recommend hats and sunglasses.
Good quality Shimano rods and reels are provided along with bait and all accessories required.
There's a portaloo style toilet on board for your convenience
On our 6 and 8 hour trips lunch is provided, usually yummy wraps and you can bring any other snacks you like but NO Bananas.
No fishing license is required as you fish under ours
Now and then the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should. So make it happen, with Airlie Beach Fishing Charters

Amazing trip

The crew Tristan and Yoko were fantastic, we caught great fish from coral trout , sweet lip emperor and others. They filleted and boned them for us to take home. The gear we used was great and the boat was very well shaded and very stable. We had a great day and can’t wait to go back.

50 cm coral trout!

Among lots of 25-35cm fish of several species, one of the 8 guests caught a 50cm+ coral trout ! That's dinner sorted, definitely
The crew was cool, really helpful and helps you if you need, but if you've fished before, they'll happily let you unhook your fish and put your own bait on
We had a nice weather, cool music (jaws) and everyone caught around 10 fish, with 1 to 2 keeper each

Had a great day with Skipper Dave and Yoko. They were very helpful and did what they could to get us on the fish even though it blew up and got a bit rough. I caught 2 nice coral trout and my son caught a few nice fish.
