Red Emperor Snapper, Coral Trout, Mackerel, Black Jewfish, Nannygai, Cobia, Sweetlip Emperor, Fingermark Bream, and more are in the cards if you cast your line at the right time of year. For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish.
Kids are welcome, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are also a good idea for a boost of energy when needed!
Capt. Jim operates a 30' Cougar Cat catamaran with capacity for 7 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
Don't leave home without sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks included on board.

My husband, son and his mate had a great fishing trip with Jim and crew. Caught lots of fish, a memorable day for my son’s 11th Birthday! Definitely would reccomend! Great communication and very accomodating with rescheduling due to bad weather. They are already counting down until they can do again! Thank you.
Jim was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and engaging. He took us to good fishing spots and if we didn’t get bites he moved on. We caught enough fish to feed 5 for 2 nights. It was a thoroughly wonderful fishing experience and if we return we’ll definitely go again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Loved this charter, in fact it's one of the best I've been on. Top gear (saragossa's) skipper and deckie baited the hooks, unhooked fish, dropped lines in If you were taking a break and all with a TV on deck with the sonar going. Really good fun, straight on the fish and a decent feed taken home after just 4 hours. Thanks guys!
Our fishing trip was excellent.caught lot’s of fish.Captain and crew were very friendly and looked after us from the time we stepped into the boat.
