Thanks Jeff it was a pleasure fishing with you and Chris
Great time and we caught Fish !!!
Captain Bruce doesn't mess around when it comes to salmon fishing! I booked a half-day trip with my kids, none of whom had ever charter fished before. We got to the marina early and Captain Bruce and Mason were already onboard ready to go. Bruce's boat is the nicest charter boat I've ever been on, it's a new boston whaler with the full setup. It was pitch black out on the lake and we shined up the lures, dropped them in, and within minutes we were hitting the salmon. I've been on charters where you're lucky to get anything, but we hit it big with 6 kings and 3 cohos. While it was still dark, you could see all of the other charter boats to the north of the lighthouse, while we were fishing by ourselves about a mile south. Pretty soon the other charters started creeping over to our spot! My 12 year old son brought his first coho on his own, while I helped my daughters catch their fish. Captain Bruce and Mason were great and were very helpful in making it easy for the kids to fish. The morning came to a close and we were pulling the lines when all of the sudden we got a fish on. I was helping my son with what ended up being the biggest fish of the day, when we got another fish on. My son and I landing two salmon at the same time is a memory we won't ever forget! After we got back, Captain Bruce and Mason fileted the fish and we were good to go. Summing it all up, Captain Bruce is an extremely experienced charter captain who delivered big time and gave us a day we'll never forget. Thanks again Captain Bruce!!!

Thanks for the review Jim, it was great fishing with you all. Hopefully we can do it again next year.

Great experience. Caught a lot of fish. Fish were fileted well for us compared to a similar charter that finished at the same time. Will book again.
Captain Bruce has been fishing since 5 years old. He loves the outdoors and was blessed to have a mother and father and later a wife that encouraged his fishing hobby. When Captain Bruce was little, after he, his dad, and his brother would get out of the rowboat after fishing, the captain would continue to fish from the bank the rest of the day – he was obsessed. He bought his first boat when he was 14 years old and has fished in the inland waters of Michigan, the Great Lakes, and the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
