Whether your into trolling or jigging, one on one, we have you covered. We also jig Betsie Bay as well as Platte Bay for coho.
We just bought a brand new Hewescraft Ocean Pro. This boat is awesome and will be a fish-killing machine. Make sure to book your date soon as we will fill up.
If you’re hoping to catch big and heavy fish, get ready for a hard fight with King Salmon. If you’re hoping to fill out your bucket with more fish, target different types of Trout, such as Steelhead, Lake, and Brown.
The captain will cover your rods, reels, and lures. After the trip, Dan will clean your catch, but you can always tip him if you’re happy with the service. Don’t forget to purchase your fishing license and feel free to pack any snacks and drinks you like.

We had a great time fishing with Captain Dan. He worked hard to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. His knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for fishing made for a great day for our family.

We signed up for Lake Trout jigging but the weather did not cooperate. Captain Dan pivoted to trolling and put us on big fish! He is a very friendly guy with an incredible dedication to his craft. We cannot wait to fish with him again.
Incredible salmon 8hour fishing trip! Dan Stewart - the captain, proved out to be a skillful expert on the matter, picking up the right fishing spots, taking professional care on the ten rods launched into the water, supporting us with every necessary piece of advice, once "fighting" with the fish. Hard worker, he was unstoppable the time the fish bit the hook, no much rest either... With such fantastic “resources - the outcomes were impressive, including a 25pound salmon. Thank you, Dan - GO FOR DAN STEWART!
Captain Dan and first mate Keegan were fantastic. They are experts in their jobs. They had so much patience with us.We could not believe we caught the size of the fish that we did.When we got back to our cottage we had the best fish fry. We will definitely use them again next summer. Thank you so much for the memories you gave us.

We had a great time with Captain Dan fishing for kings…Dan had us on fish and hooked up with a triple (3 fish at the same time) within minutes after setting the first few lines!! Dan was very active, constantly switching setups as needed and running a bunch of lines to give us the best opportunity for success…I highly recommend fishing with Captain Dan! We will be booking with him again and are excited for the next trip, thanks again Dan!!

Captain Dan Stewart has been fishing for as long as he can remember. From SE Michigan to NW Michigan, we have a boat for everything. As a result, he knows all the hiding spots for favorites including Steelhead, Chinook, Coho Salmon and walleye throughout the state of Michigan. He'll easily accommodate both experienced anglers and novices and looks forward to giving his guests a welcome escape to nature. You will have such a great time with Captain Dan that you will be booking other trips the rest of the year around the great state of Michigan. My season starts in the Nw for Steelhead. In Mid April I move to the Detroit River for walleye. In May I move to the St Clair river for walleye. When Lake St Clair heats up I move over there. Around Mid June I end the walleye fishing and move back to the Nw chasing a variety of fish. We fish crystal lake and all other inland lakes near by. We are also fishing Lake Michigan for Salmon and Trout. We follow the salmon up river then back to steelhe
