Maine Fly Guide invites you to visit Auburn, Maine and spend a day on the beautiful Androscoggin River. Your guide will be Captain Brandon Bichrest, a seasoned angler who’s spent his whole life fishing the river and who can take you to its best spots. The captain will do his best to introduce you to the river’s beauty and to make your trip as productive as possible. Hop aboard and spend a lovely day fishing with Maine Fly Guide!

Your adventure takes place on a 17’ Pavati drift boat made in 2020. It can accommodate up to 3 anglers and will safely take you to Androscoggin’s best fishing spots. Also, the boat is kid-friendly, meaning you can bring your young ones and enjoy a lovely family day on the river.

You and the captain will target Smallmouth Bass. Using light tackle, you can try out techniques such as spinning, jigging, popping, and fly fishing. Keep in mind that all the fish you catch will have to be released back in to the water.

Captain Brandon will provide you with all the rods, reels, tackle, fly fishing gear, and lures. Drinks are also included in the price. You should bring some food before you step aboard and also make sure to have valid fishing licenses.

    Have a relaxing and fun day of fishing on the Androscoggin River. You and Captain Brandon will chase Smallmouth Bass out of Durham, Maine, spending 5 hours on the water. In order to reel in fish, you can spin, cast, or fly cast.

    Low rate deposit non-refundable
    8 Hour Trip, starts at 8:00 AM
    $550
    Choose from 2 sections of the Androscoggin River – the Lewiston, Maine area 5-mile drift trip or the Dixfield, Maine area 10-mile drift trip. Both trips take 8 hours. You and the captain can spin, cast, or fly cast. The departure time is 8:00 a.m.
