Top Knot Fishing Adventures welcomes you to St. Petersburg, Florida for a fun-packed day on the water. Explore the area's inshore and nearshore grounds, reefs, and wrecks, and have an exciting time chasing many different fish species. Captain Keith Davis and his crew will do their best to make your trip enjoyable and your cooler full. Join them aboard and have a wonderful experience on Florida's fish-packed waters!
Your adventure will take place on a 23' Sea Pro bay boat that can safely take up to 6 anglers. Running on a 250 HP Suzuki engine, it will provide a quick ride to your fishing spots. The boat is equipped with modern navigation electronics and features a wireless trolling motor, an ice-box, and a livewell.
You and the crew will be chasing Snook, Sheepshead, Gag Grouper, Mangrove Snapper, Flounder, Spotted Seatrout, and Redfish. To reel them in, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle and bottom fishing.
The captain will provide you with all the rods, reels, tackle, live bait, lures, fishing licenses, as well as drinks. A fish cleaning service is also available at the end of the trip. Before you depart, just make sure to bring your favorite snacks and drinks.

We had a great and memorable experience on this charter—easily one of the TOP highlights of week in St Pete Beach. From the moment we started communicating, prior to stepped on board, the captain made us feel welcome, well informed and taken care of. The Co-Captain was great in her own right! Their knowledge of the water was impressive to say the very least and seemed like they just knew how to put us right on the fish! If we weren't catching them with each cast, we at the very least were getting bites it felt like the entire charter. We found sea trout, Spanish mackerel, grunt, and even red and black grouper. Both crew were patient and helpful the entire time, which is the name of the game! The boat was comfortable at speed and the gear was top-notch. Everything felt safe and well-organized. In the end what really stood out was how much Captain Keith and the Co-Captain genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time and even let us pick a species to target during the last hour....and if you were wondering...we found a few keepers! Whether you’re experienced on the water or just looking for a fun day, we can’t recommend this charter enough. We’ll definitely booking again the next time we’re in town...and this coming from someone who has used other charters in the past. You won't be disappointed with Top Notch!!!

Captain Keith stayed patient and confident, explaining the process and reassuring us that sometimes the bite just takes time. Debbie was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the trip, making sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of. Once the fish started biting, it was well worth the wait! We ended the day with several great catches and some awesome memories. Captain Keith and Debbie work hard to make sure you have a successful and enjoyable trip. Thank you both for a memorable day!

Deb and Keith treated us like family - they gave us exactly what we asked for - caught a bunch of varieties (7+) the entire trip. We lost count but easily 25+ fish for the day and saw several dolphins. Deb took pics and videos for us during the trip so we could have a rod in hand the whole time. what a spectacular experience! 6 stars out of 5!

6 Hour Trip on May 25, 2023 • 2 adultsMy girlfriend and I had booked our first saltwater fishin trip, and this was everything we asked for! We were set to leave the ramp at 8:30 but with afternoon storms possibly cutting our trip short, we were able to leave the ramps sooner to maximize our time on the water! It was our first time getting a taste of saltwater fishing so we were excited to catch a variety of species, and that we did! Didn’t get to bottom fish as much as we would’ve liked due to very rough conditions but made due with spot after spot the rest of the day ! We had a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about going out with friends or family to have an awesome experience on the water!

We had an amazing day with Capt Keith and Debbie. Our 9 yr old and 6 yr old don't have a lot of experience and Capt Keith was patient and helpful while they were getting used to the equipment and conditions. They were quickly baiting their hook, casting, and catching fish. We had an absolute blast. The boat is comfortable, even for kids. Capt Keith cleaned the fish and we were referred to a local restaurant that cooked up our fresh catch for a reasonable price. Overall, it was a wonderful trip. I would recommend Capt Keith and Debbie to anyone.
