Set The Hook Guide Service is located in Spring Park and offers to show you a memorable time in these waters.
Capt. Todd aims to tailor every trip to your specific needs, so let him know what you’re after! Depending on the trip and species, you’ll be using techniques like trolling, jigging, and spinning. You’re looking at 4 to 8-hour trips, where you’ll usually go after the likes of Pike, Crappie, Walleye, Bass, Sunfish, and Muskellunge, depending on the weather and time of year.
Your adventure begins on board a 20 Ranger boat that can fit a maximum of 4 anglers. The boat is fitted with an ice box and wireless trolling motor. Want to bring the rest of the family along for the ride? Kids are welcome aboard, so you’re free to make it a family adventure.
All rods, reels and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. If you don’t catch a fish your next trip is free.
Please make sure to buy a valid fishing license ahead of time. You’ll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip.

3/4 Day Trip
I got you!
Orignally booked with another charter, but got cancel 6 days before the trip due to a blown motor. I had to quickly find another one, because we were surprising our buddy for his 40th. I probably messaged 10 other captains to find a trip last minute. Todd was the ONLY one that was willing to accomodate the 5 of us and We had a blast. 31 fish in the boat. Biggest fish was a 30” Northern just barely beating my 2” Largemouth Bass xD. Highly recommend Todd! Great guide and fun Captain. Our buddy had a wonderful birthday fishing trip and had already talked about using him for Ice fishing.

Half day trip
Fantastic day on the water!
Todd was prepared and ready for us. We left promptly at our scheduled time. He was very friendly and helped us through our struggles and got us on fish. My 10 year old daughter had a great time and Todd was very patient with her and accommodating to us. Would definitely recommend him and will contact him again if we are in the area again.

Captain Todd knows where the fish are.
Captain Todd is an expert in these waters. He was well prepared with the right bait and tackle for what the situation required. This is a great charter for parents with kids. Captain Todd got me my first pike and also helped my eight year old daughter land the the biggest pike of the trip. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Great Time
Had a blast with Captain Todd! I was in town for the weekend and wanted to fish. Wasn’t disappointed! We caught Pike and Bass. Captain Todd was very informative about the area and shared some of his experiences with me. 100 percent will be booking with him when I return next year.
