Being world-renowned for its healthy Walleye population, the lake allows you to fill the freeze with generous white fillets that are a great source for a family and friends gathering. The species is a native, naturally reproducing resident of the lake and can be best targeted in Pennsylvania waters from May to September. Captain Bob is well-versed in his abilities to locate and catch these toothy critters and recommends Walleye trips to all ages and skill levels. Along with this tasty species, you can also chase Rainbow and Lake Trout.
The boat you'll fish from is a 2023 26ft HewesCraft boat that can take up to 6 guests. It runs on a 250 HP Honda engine and comes with a portable toilet and downriggers.
Captain Robert provides rods, reels, tackle, lures, as well as catch cleaning and filleting. Yours is just to bring fishing licenses and the food and drinks of your choice.

We adjusted fire when it came to the morning storms, then had a slight hiccup as we lost a board that caise quit the entanglement. over all caught 29 out of 30 fish before they stopped biting. I was asked before “why we came all the way to PA from indiana when we could just go to OH?” “For the ratings”was my answer. I am going to change my answer now. I am choosing Rob and Luke for my next charter because they were paitient with my kids and knew how to bring fish to our dinner table. I am also happy to support veteran owned. lastly “De Opresso Liber” from my Dad.

5 Hour Evening Walleye Trip on August 11, 2026 • 2 adultsRodSquad charter is the way to go! This was the first time that my girlfriend and I took a walleye charter. Robert and his crewmate Lucas were very welcoming and helpful. We caught our limit in 2 hours (6 fish a person)! They even tried to get us a steelhead which they didnt have to do… and we missed a good one. I recommend these guys and this charter to anyone whether you are experienced or inexperienced . I’ll be calling these guys up alot more💯
