A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 20% tip is customary.

Landed right on the Walleye!
6 Hour Trip on July 5, 2024
An absolutely great time with a great captain and first mate. They put us on the fish, we caught some of the biggest Walleye’s we’ve ever caught on a beautiful calm day. The fish were cleaned to perfection and Dr Duncan cut 4 heads to find the otolith ( nice to have a surgeon in the house ). They were not as big as in sheepshead’s but the thrill of finding the lucky stones added to an already great day. The stones will go back to NC State Veterinary Hospital. Thanks so much. Captain Gary and Dale went above and beyond from the very beginning. They were accommodating with the schedule and put us on fish immediately. The decades of knowledge combined with the pleasant disposition of these guys made for a remarkable day. The 2 young boys we brought will never forget this trip, and my freezer is full. Perfect day on Erie with Captain Gary

Captain Gary and Dale were fantastic. They got us on the fish before all the lines even hit the water. The boat was super comfortable for 3 and could have easily fit another. Great setup for my father-in-law who is 85 as there was plenty of room to be safe and navigate to the back to reel them in. Highly recommend Lucky Dog!
