Wow y’all, this trip was a core memory all the way! We got to take our preteen boys on their first guided experience and the standard was set WAY high! Brien, the expert guide, was the reason the experience was top notch! These Texans will be booking him again in the near future. Brien was able to read the needs of all our families levels of experience and multi-task like a boss. We got to a spot and caught fish after fish within minutes! His boat was very clean and set up comfortable for our family of four. He has the best up-to-date equipment on a new boat. He kept everyone comfortable with his fun easy going personality. We laughed, we relaxed, we cheered, and we got to enjoy the beautiful Table Rock Lake backdrop. The price was a steal considering his level of experience, top equipement, and his ability to adapt to his customers needs. Captain Brien was absolutely fantastic. We caught 43 fish total, including spotted bass, white bass, smallmouth bass, and largemouth bass, and had an incredible day on the water. He was extremely personable, made everyone feel comfortable from the start, and was very knowledgeable about the lake and the fish. What impressed me most was how well he worked with each person at their own skill level. Whether you were experienced or just getting started, he made sure everyone was involved, learning, and catching fish. No one ever felt left out. Captain Brien knew exactly where to go and what techniques to use to keep us on fish throughout the day. His patience, guidance, and positive attitude made the trip enjoyable from start to finish. From the moment we got started, our guide Brien Vaughn was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He made sure my boys felt comfortable and included every step of the way—teaching them techniques, encouraging them, and celebrating every catch like it was the biggest one of the day. You could tell he truly cared about making it special for us, not just going through the motions. Not only did we catch fish, but we learned so much and had an amazing time doing it. The whole trip was smooth, fun, and perfectly organized. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and excitement, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Hooked on Branson did not disappoint. Bite was a little slow but Brien’s extensive knowledge of the lake and fishing expertise put us on some good quality fish. Brien made sure we had a good time and were satisfied with our fishing experience. i can honestly say that Hooked on Branson was the best guide experience we’ve had out of any the many trips we’ve booked in the past. Brien will not disappoint, you’ll have a blast and catch fish !
