Running angling trips out of Garrison, MK Fishing Guide Service invites you to check out the local fishery in style.

Come on aboard with Capt. Matt, whose main priority is to get you on some fish. Expect to use techniques like light tackle spinning, based on the species you’re targeting. Speaking of which, you have the option of 4 to 6-hour trips, where you’ll be fishing for the likes of Walleye and Smallmouth Bass, depending on the specific season and the day’s weather.

Your boat for the day will be an 18’ Alumacraft that fits up to 3 anglers at any one time. The boat comes with a wireless trolling motor. All the necessary fishing gear is included in the price of your trip. All that’s up to you is to use it as best you can.

Please keep in mind that you’ll need a fishing license before the start of the trip. You’ll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip, except Smallmouth Bass that are catch and release only.

Matt was an excellent guide and captain! In what felt like no time, we had all caught at least one bass, and we even caught a few at the same time! He had all the equipment, knew all the best spots to fish, and made the most out of our trip. Wickedly efficient and quick with a net when a fish was on, and near as quick had a minnow on our line to get the next one! Very knowledgeable and helpful with strategy for catching, and adaptable with the conditions of the lake, for catching methods as well as locations. Definitely kept us where the fish were. Quality rods for us, and quality boat tech and gear to get us fish! Happy to recommend him to anyone! Thank you Matt!!!!

Amazing small mouth bass adventure!
