His Fin Charter 

I cant even describe how great this adventure was. We took early moring trip, My daughter (7 years old). She caught her first fish, a Grouper!!! This experience is done professionally. Tiki is a knowledgeable guide. He got us out there safely, and rigged our lines proper. Tiki is a standup guy, easy to talk to. Good sense of humor & Spiritual centered man. Legend among men. ? highly recommend ? ? ? (Know your childs boating experience before hand, Tiki also offers a claiming and shallower water adventure for younger children. We did one three years ago, caught a ton of class and Spanish mackerel. Good Family fun )

We were given Captain Tiki Bob’s card by a local business. I was in town with my mom for a mother-daughter trip. We just wanted to go out on a boat and go sightseeing so we didn’t have very many expectations. Bob was so nice and personable. He took us on a sightseeing tour around the marina and we got to see the oyster farm. Then we went on a trip to an area just off of Ocracoke, and had an awesome clamming experience, bringing home a whole bag of delicious fresh clams. He even gave me cooking instructions, and I made baked clams and Manhattan clam chowder the next 2 nights! We couldn’t eat all of it because we’re leaving, so I brought some back to Bob! His stories made us laugh, and he is a wonderful human being. I definitely recommend going out with Bob anytime!

Captain Tiki Bob was absolutely phenomenal. He messaged us and offered weather flexibility, depending on what he had booked. He was great to set up and easy to find. Immediately he was personable and engaging; the kids took to him really well. He gave everyone a rundown of the boat, the safety protocols, where all of the features were, how to contact help in an emergency should he have distress, and a general rundown of his operation. The fishing was good, he gave us a tutorial on the fish locator, talked to us about the trolling rigs and how we can set up shop above wrecks for fish that use structure, etc. Once we had our hand at some mackerel he offered to take us clamming and it was absolutely fantastic. We found scallops and clams, we got to see native hermit crabs, horseshoe crabs, and shelled crabs. We harvested plenty of clams and scallops for a feast and a few oysters to look for pearls to boot. On the way in he offered to detour to a favorite spot of his and helped all of us find sand dollars. The highlight of the trip was definitely him being so accommodating and friendly. The kids don't *love* seafood so getting to do fishing, clamming, and sand dollar searching was such an amazing variety. I told Tiki Bob I would be back every year we're down there. I 100% feel like we got a deal on a great half day trip. The leaving time of 12 was also great for a family with kids, it afforded us the chance to get around leisurely and we were able to enjoy the peak sunshine hours of the day. If you're not coming with kids or older folks I wouldn't let that dissuade you, Tiki Bob was knowledgeable and easy going, certainly someone I'd reach out to for any trip. He even offered a sandbar picnic next time and I might just have to take him up on that!

Captain Robinson was absolutely the best my family and I had an amazing time we could not have asked for a better Captain, or trip I highly recommend the clamming and chilling. We even went some Sandollar hunting. It was absolutely the best!

Bar none the best fishing trip I've been on. Cap'n Tiki not only knows his stuff, he knows some great spots be it for fishing or clamming. He's a GREAT guy with a fantastic welcoming personality whom went way above and beyond. We all walked away with not only a great catch, but huge smiles and everlasting memories. Very pleasant experience our first time on this boat the conditions were a little rough but Captain Tiki Bob got us on the fish very professional and he made it very enjoyable. We will be back on this boat when we are in OBX again. Thanks for the special TLC offered to our son Stephen he now says he has a new Uncle Tiki Bob

Home is where the people you love are, that is why the outer banks is our second home. There is nobody down there that we love more than Captain Tiki. He is a big man, with a bigger heart and it really shines with the kids on the boat. our trips to the OBX are never complete without a trip to the clam grounds or sand dollar grounds with Captain Tiki catching fish is just a bonus when we are with him, because we always come away with our hearts blessed and memories to last a lifetime. I don't have a ton of pictures from our trips over the years with him because our time is so full of making those memories that last, watching the kids pull a clam from the ground pretending that it is a priceless gem, or momma actually getting to relax and watch the worries and cares of life float away from waves on the little islands in the sound, or the kids dreaming about all the crafts they will do with the sand dollars that we find, one thing I know. I am a much richer man with Captain Tiki in our lives and there is nothing that I can do to ever repay him for the memories that we have made with him at the helm!! My husband and I had such a great time on this charter trip. The waves were a little rough that day but we had a great time stopping in multiple places to fish and caught a large drum early in the trip. We will do this again!

Cap’n Tiki Bob knew right where to go to put us on the fish. The bluefish feeding frenzy on the way back to the marina was a rush! What a great day for our group!

Such a fun trip. We found more clams then even our group can eat. Love captain tiki. Will be back next year
