Capt. Mac, a Florida native, is here to get you on some fish and to make sure you have fun doing it. You'll be using techniques like bottom fishing and trolling, depending on what you're going after. As part of their 4 to 10-hour trips, you can target species like King Mackerel, Cobia, Mahi Mahi, Snapper, Tuna, and Seabass, according to the type of trip, current season, and weather conditions.
You'll be fishing from a sea-worthy 23' Grady-White boat with enough room for up to 4 anglers. 5 passengers are possible, but contact the captain first. The vessel also includes a toilet and ice box. This classic Grady-White vessel was recently restored to live up to its legendary reputation of being among the best fishing boats out there.
The price of your trip includes all the rods, reels, and terminal tackle you'll need for a productive day on the water. The captain will supply all the needed fishing licenses for your trip, and you're welcome to keep all legal species caught during the trip.

Captain was waiting at the boat ramp with engines idling when we arrived at 6:30 for our 10 hour trip. He put us right on the fish and we were absolutely worn out from all the fish we were catching and it was before 11AM. We caught multiple species of fish and only kept enough for dinner the next evening. We will be booking with Captain again and I highly recommend his services to ANY angler regardless of being seasoned or a newbie. Great boat, great gear, great Captain and great memories. One of the best trips I've been on, thanks Captain!!

Captain Mac had great communication, we had to delay one day because of high seas. He texted us and called to confirm that the waves were too big on the day we scheduled and he was able to read a weather bouy to find the perfect time for the trip. The change worked out great! We went out to sea and started catching fish within minutes of bait the hooks. We probably wrangled in over 50 fish in just a few hours! Super fun. Captain was great helping us out with bait and unhooking too. We definitely enjoyed our first ocean fishing trip. Hopefully many more in the future.

our first chartered fishing trip. Captain Mac was great! we caught so many fish we lost count, a mix of snapper, sheepshead, lookdown (Moon) fish and I can’t recall them all, the captain moved us around until we started catching fish, at times three of us at the same time had fish on. We will definitely use Mac Daddy Charters again next year!

We had a great time. I would recommend taking ani-nausea medication, like the captain will stress to any of his customers. We caught countless fish. The captain was very knowledgeable on the fish, on fishing, the area, and has updated equipment. He was very patient with my family especially, my children. Would highly recommended to everyone.

- Catch cleaning & filleting (Fish cleaning and filleting are free of charge but gratuity is appreciated! Be sure to notify the captain if you want anything other than filleting though (ex. fish left whole, gutted, gilled and scaled).)
