Family Ties SRQ is your ticket to the stunning waters of Sarasota. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Milton knows them forwards and back.

These waters are known for Black Drum, Cobia, Flounder, Gag Grouper, Hogfish, Jack Crevalle, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Ladyfish, Redfish, Sheepshead, Lane Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, and more – with any luck, you'll hook into a few!

You'll target your catch by spinning, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

If you're traveling with the family, youwill be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Also remember to bring snacks so that everyone stays happy and energized!

Capt. Milton operates a 20' Bay boat with space for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials.

Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

Don't forget to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
