It all starts on a Custom Ray Davis 38' boat that accommodates up to 6 guests. A fishing machine this size offers enough space for everyone to fish in comfort. She's powered by twin 370 HP Cummins engines and features modern navigational electronics. The boat also has a private toilet and a place to rest if you get tired. Whether you're bringing your family, friends, or coworkers, this boat will offer a safe and reliable ride.
Explore wrecks and go bottom fishing or trolling. It all depends on what you want to catch and what type of approach you prefer. Target Flounder, Seabass, Shark, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and many more. Since you get to keep the catch, make sure to snag a few tasty ones as well.
All fishing equipment is included in the price, and the captain also covers your fishing licenses. Make sure to pack some snacks, drinks, sun protection, and whatever else you might need for your day out. Kids are welcome to join, but make sure to check with the captain if he has life vests in their size.

The weather didn’t cooperate — rough seas and all — but honestly, that ended up being part of the story. The vessel handled the conditions like it was built for exactly that, which gave us real confidence out there. The captain and mate are the kind of crew you hope to get. They kept the trip upbeat, stayed on the fish even with the chop working against us, and we walked away having landed two sharks — not bad for a tough weather day. What made it memorable, though, was that they wove in some local history along the way. It wasn’t a lecture; it was the kind of context that makes a place feel richer. If you want a charter where the crew genuinely invests in your experience — not just the catch — this is it. We’ll be back.
perfect fishing trip for my family of 5 with average fishing experience. we all caught plenty of fish with full hands on help from our very nice and patient mate and all felt that we had a great time! it was awesome to be able to message our captain beforehand with our hopes and thoughts and check in with him even the day before. again, great trip and hope to go again!
Captain Mike and his mate, Marty, were very nice and helpful. We rode about 30 minutes out into the bay and started catching fish right away. We caught about 60 croakers and kept 30. We took them back to our rental house and my son cooked up the best fish tacos we ever had! My 12 year old grandson had a great time and can’t wait to go again!
We caught 36 croakers and they made for a great dinner. Captain Mike took us to a number of spots where the fish were biting. Nothing huge but they added up. Marty was fantastic - he was there to help us with bait and unhooking fish before we even asked. Captain Mike was super friendly and accommodating. Marty was a great guy and a grest first mate.
What a phenomenal day. Captain Mike and First Mate Mardy were excellent. This was a father son trip of a lifetime. Hard to believe I have been alive and fishing for 45 years and this was the beat time i have ever had. Thank you all so much you have know idea the memories you have made for us. Trip of a lifetime .
