Based out of Fort Lauderdale, Wicked Cuda Sport Fishing is your ticket to a memorable time on the water.

Capt. Luis is here to get you on some fish, and to make sure you have fun doing it. You'll be using techniques like bottom fishing, trolling, fly fishing, drift fishing, kite fishing, and spinning, depending on what you're going after. As part of their 3 to 8-hour trips, you can target species like Dolphin, King Mackerel, Wahoo, Sailfish, Barracuda, and Amberjack, depending on the current season and weather conditions.

Your boat for the day will be a 28' Downeaster that fits up to 4 anglers at any one time.

The price of your trip includes all the rods, reels, and terminal tackle you'll need for a productive day on the water. The captain will supply all the needed fishing licenses for your trip.

You're welcome to keep all legal species caught during the trip.

Excellent trip!

We had the best time with Luis as our captain! He did an amazing job helping us feel safe and catch as many fish as possible. Weather didn’t cooperate.. but we still had a great time! We will 100% be fishing with him again in the future and will recommend him to anyone in the area. He took the time at the end to filet all the fish we caught and recommended places to go to have them prepared. Thanks for the excellent experience Luis!

Epic Fishing Trip!!!

4 Hour Offshore Trip (PM) on May 24, 2025 • 2 adults • 1 child

My kids and I booked this trip for my son's 11th birthday. Captain Luis was great. He gave us a call the morning of and told us how to get to his slip on the dock and where to park. He asked what kind of fish we were looking to catch. My daughter want to catch a ahark and my sun a mahi. We loaded up and set out and were fishing in no time. No long boat ride like some other charters I have been on. As soon as we were on the spot, Captain Luis got us setup and we were catching fish immediately! We had tons of live bait and fesh cut bait. Productive day on the water, we ended the day with 3 black fin tuna, 2 bonita, 2 king fish, 2 Vermillion snapper, 2 trigger, 1 Mahi, 2 sand sharks, and 1 strawberry grouper. We also had a hammerhead swimming around the boat it was amazing! My kids absolutely love it. This will be a new tradition for me and my kids and I know exactly where to come back to Wicked Cuda with Captain Luis!!!

Afternoon 4hr trip

a minute ago New We went out on a 4-hour afternoon fishing trip with Captain Taylor today, and even though it was a slow fishing day, Taylor did everything he could to get us on some fish. We ended up staying out past our scheduled time, and with literally no time left, we hooked up! Taylor is a really cool guy to fish with—easy to talk to and just a genuinely good person. We’ve fished in a lot of places like Alaska, British Columbia, and the Caribbean, but Taylor is hands-down the most personable and down-to-earth captain we’ve had. We booked through FishingBooker.com, and the communication was smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking for a captain who is dedicated to putting you on fish and who’s just an all-around great guy, Taylor’s the way to go. Thanks for an awesome trip!

Amazing Time!

2 Hour Afternoon Offshore on January 12, 2025 • 2 adults

What an amazing time me and my fiance had out on the sea with Captain Taylor! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, accomodating, professional and an excellent captain. We definitely reccommend anyone to try out his charter that’s interested in some deep sea fishing. We started the trip trolling and when we didn’t get anything we changed up strategies. We moved to couple different locations until we hit a sweet spot with some amazing Amberjacks! We had multiple hits and we pulled 2 fantastic fish out of the water. It was an incredible experience! Me and my fiance had a blast hanging out and fishing with Captain Taylor. We will definitely book again, Sea you in the future Captain!

Double hook up on Sailfish and a Big Hammerhead!

Half day trip (2 person) Afternoon on January 9, 2025 • 2 adults

Captain Taylor provided us an excellent experience! Extremely friendly and easy to converse with, and he knows a thing or two about fishing! 🤣. About 30-45 minutes into our half-day trip, we managed to hook up on 2 large Sailfish within 1 minute of eachother! After catching those and a small shark, we hooked onto a decent size HammerHead Shark which gave me the fight of my life! While the waves did get rough, Captain Taylor’s excellent boating skills kept us stable (enough) to land it! Overall it was a truly amazing experience and one I’ll never forget. At the end of the trip, Captain Taylor fillet’d up a tuna he had caught that morning and gave it to us to take to a resurant called “Southport raw bar” who cooked it excellently for us! 5 Stars overall!!!
