Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks to keep 'em happy!

You'll step aboard a 48' Motor yacht with space for 15 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.

Rods and reels are not covered by the charter, so ask the captain about bringing your own or renting some for an extra cost. Be sure to ask about bait and lures as well. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.

You might need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

You can't go wrong when you bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
