Owner and operator of Lowry Outdoor Adventures, Ron Lowry is a professional fisherman and accomplished tournament angler.
As an active competitor and member of the Masters Walleye Circuit, FLW, Wyoming Walleye Stampede, and Colorado Walleye Association, Ron has spent thousands of hours on the water perfecting his craft of fishing different species and bodies of water.
With over 9 years of experience as a master guide professional angler, Captain Ron spends more than 200 days a year on the waters of Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska exploring and uncovering new opportunities in order to provide the best experience for his clients. He has been involved in several In-Fisherman articles.
In addition, Ron developed an ice school and educational outdoor classroom setting where students can get practical ice time for experiential learning.
He was formally the first Pro Staff Team Member selected to represent Scheel’s in Colorado Springs. Ron is the only professional fisherman/guide in Colorado that offers on-the-water boat orientations and electronics training for all Crowley Marine Boat owners.
As an industry professional, Ron is sought after by industry vendors and is regarded as a valuable asset and educator dedicated to the sport of fishing and the outdoors.
Capt. Ronald will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. He specializes in bottom fishing, trolling, jigging, popping, and spinning, all to get you on that bite. This involves 6-hour trips, mainly fishing for Walleye, Rainbow Trout, Perch, Hybrid Striped Bass, and Catfish depending on the season and conditions on the day.
The Captain firmly believes success in guiding is achieved by creating a unique and fun adventure and welcomes anglers of all experience levels.
