We caught a couplr trout we could keep and we had a couple catch and realese trout and small red

Awesome guide

Let me just say the odds of not catching fish is slim to none… however it would be just our luck some weird weather stuff had some effect on the reds we were running down for our AM charter and they flat out were just not eating. This didn’t bother my husband and I but for our 3 boys ages 15, 11 & 9, they were quickly becoming discouraged and bored. Captain Matt reassured them he had no problem staying out past our 5 hr time slot to find the fish. I’m sure fishing with 2 people is fairly simple, but fishing with a family of 5 with the big differences in age and experience, and being able to cater to each of us is something entirely different and worth acknowledging not to mention the patience he exercised with the 2 younger ones! By the end of the day we had fished to our hearts content, for the day, and before he filleted our fish, we booked for the next AM charter the following morning to run down some black drum. Worth every penny and every moment we spent on the water. Thank you for the experience and the family memories we made!

Capt Matt went above and beyond in making this fishing adventure truly memorable for me and the family. He put us on the fish almost immediately. We wound up with over 30 pounds of redfish fillets for the freezer and my son was able to land a 60 pound alligator gar. I would highly recommend Matt as your captain. This was the best fishing experience I've ever had. Matt is knowledgeable and very helpful. There was a party of six. Usually I am the one untangling lines, tying on hooks, helping my sons bait their hooks. Matt did it all. He helped my sons bait hooks and even threw their line out. We caught twelve keepers. Matt even fillet them all for me in under 20 minutes. I will definitely be seeing him next year! Matt if I could give you a 10 I would. Thank you for a great evening!

Matthew was nothing less than tenacious in his quest to help us get a great haul with less than ideal conditions. Only had a few bites early in the day, but Matthew went well over our time to help us land 11 fish. Can't recommend his enough as he did everything to help us have a great time! 10 out of 5!

What a great day with Captain Matt!!!! We had are limit of Red Fish by 9:30!!! Mat even took us to try get some Black Drum. His knowledge of the area and the habits of the fish were second to NONE....I have found my go to Guide for this area!!!! See you in October!!!!

We had a great experience today with Matthew! All four of us caught our limit of big black drum. My grandsons were besides themselves. Matthew was not only an excellent guide but a great host! Book this young man as soon as possible. 👍🏻
