Step aboard our 2020 Tahoe Center Console, 24' Tri-Toon for a comfortable and memorable fishing charter on beautiful Lake Marion.
Stay shaded under the bimini top or soak up the sun aboard our center console layout equipped for fishing or relaxing. Enjoy the stable ride of the Tri-Toon powered by a 150 HP Yamaha as you reach your fishing grounds taking in the beautiful scenery and the fresh air of Lake Marion along the way.
We are licensed, insured, safety-minded and family-friendly offering you a great time on the water.
Your hosts, Captain Jim and Penny strive to deliver exceptional customer service with a great attitude to create memories that will last a lifetime for all who step aboard.
You come as a client but you will leave as a friend.
Captain Jim has 40+ years of experience in the marine industry fishing, navigating, and guiding including in our area lakes and canals. He is very knowledgeable in the applications and techniques of the sport as well as the geography and history of the lake and ready to share that with you.
Drift fishing is the preferred method of delivery for our bait. We cover more water and encounter more fish that way.
We use only the best quality fishing rods, reels, and equipment and supply everything you need for a great day on the water except for your fishing license. You are welcome to bring your own small cooler with your snacks and drinks for the day.
Fishing licenses may be obtained online or in many nearby locations and are required for all anglers 16 years of age and older.
Should you choose to keep your catch, please bring a cooler and keep it in your vehicle for the transport of your fish.
Fish cleaning may be obtained from an outside source for an additional fee, when available. We will be happy to refer you, just ask.

We had an amazing day on the lake with Captain Jim! My wife, our two boys, and I had a fantastic time, and we even caught three nice catfish. The captain was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure everyone had a great experience. He was especially patient with the kids and made the trip both fun and memorable. If you’re looking for a relaxing day on the water with a captain who truly cares about his guests, I highly recommend booking a trip. We can’t wait to come back!

I have to start by thanking Captain Jim for going above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and like we have known him for years. Made sure we all caught something before the trip ended which he didn’t have to do. A great day with a great guy. We will be back to charter again soon. The only issue was not getting to meet Miss Penny and we look forward to meeting her next time! Thank you for a very memorable day for our family Captain Jim.

This trip was for my 11 year old son. He said it was the best fishing trip EVER! Hes already planning another trip with Mr Jim. He broke two of his personal records! We both love Mr Jim and woukd highly recommend booking with him!

Captain Jim was personable, professional and very organized. He checked with us several days prior to our trip to make sure we had lodging and let us know the best places to stay. Took the time to tell us everything that we needed to bring and what was provided. During the fishing trip he was both helpful and a joy to talk to!!! All and all it was an enjoyable time! Highly recommend!!!

On vacation and decided to book a catfish trip at least minute. Capt Jim hooked our family up with only 2 days notice. Capt Jim warned as the cold front was gonna make it tough. Rough water limited where we could go. He fished overtime and made sure each of us landed a 15 to 25 lb cat in tough conditions. a great guy and pleasure to be around. Wiĺl not hesitate to book with him again!

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
