Chagrin Valley Charters – Lakeside Marblehead
Spend the day with Chagrin Valley Charters and get hooked on fishing in Lakeside Marblehead! We offer a wide beam Tiara with all the amenities…no sitting on fish cooler with rear facing seats, high gunnels with low to water flooring with AquaTraction flooring. Large table and counter space inside cutty for crew. Awesome soundsystem with XM satellite radio. Enjoy the best fishing experience on Lake Erie!!
We target trophy Walleye and Smallmouth Bass during April and May out in the Western Basin. You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, trolling, jigging, casting, or maybe something more specialized in this area. The fish caught are yours to take home, provided they're within size and bag limits.
Your vessel for the day is a 30' Tiara that holds up to 6 passengers. Why fish Lake Erie on a narrow beam boat when you can enjoy the day on a wide beam vessel with all the latest accommodations for a safe and enjoyable day? It has planner boards, downriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without, plus a toilet on board. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, as well as lures. Live bait is included.
Children are welcome, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day. Child-sized life vests are available on board. A few items you'll want to bring include bottled water, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray).

I've been fishing and guiding on Lake Erie for over 2 decades. Officially started Chagrin Valley Charters after my recent retirement to share the beauty of Lake Erie and its great fishing opportunities with my customers. Purchased the fishing vessel Carol Ann in 2010 and invested in the latest equipment and upgrades for each crew's safety and comfort. Fishing Lake Erie is my passion along with developing a hands-on experience for my customers. I am fully insured, documented with USCG as Master Captain, and 1st Aid/CPR certified every 2 years.
