Justin is a seasoned tournament angler who spent many years competing in the sport. His passion for fishing and family is what sets him apart from others. He is sure to offer a great time. Rather, you are a seasoned angler or one who may be new to the sport. He is sure to meet and accommodate your needs. No matter the season, he will educate on where to find the fish and how to catch them. With 25 years of fishing knowledge on these lakes, he is sure to provide a fun and safe trip for anyone looking to learn more .
Justin is a fully insured and licensed Coast Guard Captain. Your boat for the day will be a 2025 Phoenix 921 Elite II 21 ft. bass boat that has all the newest technology to help put you on fish. With these capabilities, he will take time to educate you on the water and explain how to find and catch the fish. Depending on the season, you can catch bass, walleye, crappie, and other species. Your catch may be kept in accordance with state regulations and seasons. Fish cleaning is available if there is a cleaning station located at the launch site . All tackle and lures are provided on your trip. You are allowed to bring your own rods and tackle if you prefer to do so.
Clients are expected to purchase fishing liscence before the day of your trip. Captain Justin will contact you the evening before your trip to discuss the meeting location .

My three kids and I boarded Justin’s boat with not huge expectations after all it is fishing. I was so surprised to hear Justin had gotten on the water early to scope out some spots. He took us directly to fish! We had a fish on within the first 5 minutes of hitting Justin’s hot spot! Little did I know that was just the beginning of what would be an incredible day of fishing for my kids and myself. Justin did it all from baiting the hooks, helping my kiddos with all the fish we caught and even helping with pictures. If you are looking for a trip of a lifetime Justin is your guy. My kids an eye ended up catching well over 50 fish before our 3 hour trip was over. The kids didn’t want to put the rods down. Thank you to Justin for just providing a lifetime memory for myself for sure and hopefully my kids. God Bless! Josh

This was a fantastic fishing charter! We booked it somewhat last minute, so we weren’t sure what to expect, but it far exceeded our expectations!! Captain Blain was kind, accommodating, knowledgeable and overll just wonderful to work with. We caught many, many fish, including spotted bass, large mouth bass, small mouth bass, blue gill, and hybrid. I would highly recommend this fishing trip to anybody!

Capt Blain provided an outstanding fishing trip for us today. He was professional, very polite and an excellent fisherman. He offered a helping hand to make sure we knew what to do to catch fish and he knew where to catch them. He insured safety while moving from place to place and even cleaned and filleted our fish for us. We had them for supper and a 5- star restaurant would have not had such a feast!! Justin was great, he was on time, polite, great with my boy, and very knowledgeable. He was able to get us on some trout and keep it active. We actually got to fish, we caught fish with several different techniques and different bait, he knew just what to have us use depending on the water, or location of the lake. Not just catching them off the bottom with power bait. Equipment was in good repair, the boat was nice and well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for more. Great experience.

I reached out to Justin to see about a last minute trip the night before. He responded within 15 minutes and confirmed he was available and could meet me at the marina where I was staying. He was up front about the fishing conditions but we decided to take a chance and I’m glad we did. I took out the wife and two kids and Justin was very patient and accommodating and kept the family engaged and entertained with stories and local information. We caught over 50 fish in 3 hours. Justin guided us through several techniques and showed us how he used technology to improve success. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend.
