Capt. Hank specializes in fun, family fishing excursions where you don’t need any experience to have a great time. In the early spring, you're likely to target Whiting, Redfish, and Blue Fish. When the waters warm up, catch a variety of Sharks, including Black Tip, Bonnethead, Atlantic Sharpnose, Lemon, Bull, and Finetooth Sharks. In the fall, expect to go for big Redfish as well as Sharks, Whiting and Bluefish.
You'll target your catch by spinning, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep but most fish will be released to grow and be caught another day. Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
The captain welcomes you aboard a 28' Center console that holds up to 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures. There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time!
Kids are welcome, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Some essentials to bring are snacks, drinks, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

We booked a three hour shark trip the same week were in HHI. Got lucky a trip was still available after another charter canclled on us due to mechanical problems. I was a little weary because I knew there is no guarantee to catch some sharks and we had our kids with us. We dealt with incredible high temps and real feels. captain Hank, who had three trips the day before, never stopped moving for three hours whether it was preparing bait, re-rigging the rods, casting the rods, or dropping anchor. We had a dolphin running interfence and screwing things up so he got us out of there to a new spot and then caught some some sharks. Both of kids reeled in sharks amd I lost a big that got off the hook. I would definelty book this trip again if wver back in HHI.

my family of four went out with Hank on boomerang 2 this morning with good weather. Hank was friendly and put us on the sharks right away. we caught hammer head sharks, black fin and one our type of sharks out there today I think we had around 10 or so. Ended up being are great day, highly recommend!

for a guys day trip couldn't have asked for a better trip the captain hank was absolute the best stayed busy trying to keep all the poles with fresh bait and in the water the whole time.. it you choose to go them i b would recommend Captain Hank
