Excited to catch some fish in the great south bay? That's what JMPNMAKO II Sport Fish Charters is here for!

We will be targeting striped bass and blackfish in the spring, then tuna, shark and bottom fish in the summer out of ISLIP

On the day of your trip, you're likely to be casting soft plastics or jig

Fish caught during the trip are yours to take with you, provided they're legal to keep. Capt.kyle can even clean your catch for you. Tuna cleaning and cutting are charged additionally. Talk about bang for your buck!

Your adventure begins aboard a 25' Center console with space for 4 passengers. It comes with outriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it ahead of time so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 20% at the end of the day to show your appreciation.

There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!

A few items you'll want to bring include sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). Capt. kyle will have some drinks available for you.
