Local species include Striped Bass, Flounder, Weakfish, Black Seabass, Tautog, and more with any luck. You can expect to do some spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. No previous experience necessary, we will help you and teach you.

Fish caught during the trip are yours to keep, so long as they meet regulations. Capt. Dan can even filet your catch for you. Talk about bang for your buck!

You’ll be fishing aboard a 27’ Grady White center console with a capacity for 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. If you prefer to bring your own you are welcome to do so.

You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish and make the most of your trip. It’s customary to tip the Mate 10%–20% at the end of the day to show your appreciation.

If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are never a bad idea so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly! Our fishing charters DO NOT include food and drinks in the price. We will provide a cooler on board to keep food and beverages at the right temperature.

It’s never a bad idea to bring bottled water, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

The Captain requires white soled shoes so the deck does not get marked up.
