Fishing around here will often see you targeting Redfish, Speckled Trout, Sheepshead, Black Drum, and more with any luck. During the trip, you might be spinning, drifting, or maybe something more specialized in this area.  You’re free to take home any fish you catch, assuming regulations allow it. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Talk about bang for your buck!

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!

You’ll be dropping lines from a 24’ Kenner bay boat with space for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are included, along with lures.

You might need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

Some essentials you’ll want to bring are sunglasses, a hat, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask.
