Spend the day with Captain Charlie Fishing Charters and see what's biting in Lakeside Marblehead!

Capt. Charlie specializes in catching Walleye and Yellow Perch. During the trip, light and heavy fishing tackle are provided for trolling, jigging, and casting technics. Any fish you catch are yours to keep, so long as they meet regulations. Live bait (minnows) is available at an additional cost. He will do his very best to ensure everyone aboard has the best fishing and boating experience possible.

The captain enjoys teaching his fishing techniques to everyone, especially the younger children. Fishing is a great way to connect with family and friends and meet new people with the same passion for fishing. He will do his best so you have a safe and comfortable boat ride to and from the fishing spots, regardless of the conditions.

You'll drop lines from a 30' Baha hardtop cruiser with room for 6 passengers. The vessel has all new electronics, safety gear, and fishing equipment. Plus, a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Charlie will supply rods and reels for you, along with lures. Please bring a fishing license, a cooler for your fish, snacks, and drinks.

A First Mate may be on board to help your trip run smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 20% at the end of the day to show your appreciation. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor and glass bottles. Local fish cleaning facilities are right around the corner to get your fish processed.

Give yourself something to look forward to, and book a trip with Captain Charlie Fishing Charters!

Another Awesome Charter
6 Hour Walleye Trip 4 Anglers on June 7, 2026 • 4 adults

This is our third charter with Captain Charlie, and it was an awesome trip as always. Captain Charlie is great conversation, laughs and smiles. Captain Charlie knows the lake and gets you on the fish. More important than anything, Captain Charlie makes you feel like a fishing buddy not a client. If you are looking for a charter, don’t look any farther. You found your Captain and wont want to fish with anyone else.

I'm Captain Charlie, and I've been fishing most of my adult life. I moved to the Great Lakes in 2014, where I fished Lake Michigan, Green Bay, and the inland waters of Lake Winnebago and the Fox River system. I now reside in Lakeside Marblehead and enjoy the Walleye fishing capital of the world. Experience world-class Walleye fishing with me. I specialize in catching Walleye and Yellow Perch. I use trolling, drifting, and jigging methods.

Fishing with Charlie is a blast!!!We will not ever have to look for a charter, because Charlie is our guy. 1st perch charter and of course he had us on the fish like he did for Walleye. Already looking to book our 3rd charter with Charlie. If you are looking for a charter no need to look past Charlie!!!

The day was so hot and humid. Captain Charlie and his first mate (wife ,Jackie), went above and beyond to try to make us comfortable. Captain Charlie stayed on the reels making sure we were catching fish. We ended up with 30 pounds of fish, 28 was walleye. He was sweating, but never once complained and didn't give up. He and his wife were great company. We plan on another trip next summer, but will do it earlier in the year to beat the heat. They knew exactly what they were doing and it was very helpful as this was our first time out in a Charter. We highly recommend using him!!!

Charlie is an amazing Captain. This was our first charter ever. Within 20 minutes on the water we were in the walleye. My 12 year old had a lot of questions which Charlie answered throughout our trip. We had a bunch of laughs and Charlie and first mate were awesome to have conversation with and we all shared some laughs along the way. Their experience with fishing shows and we had an absolute blast and are planning on our next Charter in August. If you are looking for a charter go with Captain Charlie’s Fishing Charter you will not be disappointed!!!!
