Capt. Pete is happy to have kids aboard, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are never a bad idea so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
You'll be dropping lines from a 22' Hewescraft aluminum fishing that can carry up to 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.

We caught 19 walleye and Pete was a great captain and he had a tuff fishing boat. It was a great experience and interactive. We caught a 28 1/2 inch walleye. Pete did the casting and helped reel it in when it was a big fish. Great for kids and so much fun. I highly recommend Pete's fishing trip to anyone who wants to catch fish and learn about fishing.

Had a lot of fun on this trip. First time out fishing for walleye. Captain Darrell talked us through everything and showed us exactly what to do. Numerous times he had us reeling a couple fish at a time. I would recommend this boat to anyone!
