These waters are known for Hogfish, Roosterfish, Mako Shark, Amberjack, Black Marlin, Jack Crevalle, Sierra Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Bonito, Striped Marlin, Sailfish, Blue Marlin, and more. On the day of your trip, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Paulo can also have you kite fishing. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep.
Capt. Paulo runs a 34' Cuddy cabin with a capacity for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without, plus a toilet on board. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! It's always wise to bring snacks, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation but avoid glass bottles.

Fish were on all day from small to midsize, in the last 5 min of the trip we were tripled up on marlin!🤙🏼 That was the bonus, but all day the crew worked hard to bait lines and change rigs as soon as it started to slow at all. Half Day Trip on August 14, 2026 • 3 adultsLa embarcación tiene sus años, los motores son bastante ruidosos, prácticamente no se puede usar el espacio de la cabina ya que está lleno de todo tipo de equipo la única parte útil es la mesa. La bomba del tanque de carnada tuvo problemas el día de la pesca. Dentro del pago de la embarcación no se cubre los permisos de pesca ni el costo de la carnada ni el costo de la limpieza de lo que se pesque. El capitán es buena onda y los dos marineros hacían su trabajo de forma eficiente. Logramos después de un largo día pescar un Marlin rayado de 70 libras. Me quedé con la impresión de que el costo es elevado para el tipo de embarcación y lo que se obtiene.

What an experience we had hooking a 140lb yellowfin on the kite rig. Took us 45 min to get the beast aboard with all hands working to land it. Epic fishing!

Our son had a battle with a marlin. We kept a couple and plan to cook them up tonight. We not only caught fish, but we also saw whales, sea turtles, a shark & had a up close visit with a sea lion. Experience of a lifetime.

What a great Captain and Crew!!!! Caught a stripped marlin, a few small fish and 2 tunas. Great captain and crew.
Pacific time is a great charter to fish with! Quality boat and gear. The Captain and firstmate performed flawlessly! Very skilled! Hooked up to 5 Striped marlin, boated 2, went 12 out of 16 on Yellowfin tuna as well. One of the best days I've had on the water in a long time! Thank you Pacific time for everything!!
