Species like Atlantic Salmon, Lake trout and the occasional Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Brown Trout or a bonus Lake Whitefish will be targeted most trips and will be trolled for using downriggers, dipsy divers and lead core. Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, Yellow Perch, Northern Pike, and more are in the card depending on lake and weather conditions.

You’ll be fishing from a 22’ Crestliner cuddy cabin that holds up to 5 passengers including the captain, exceptions can be made for small children please contact with any questions. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, and all the essentials. Capt. Chris will supply rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included if required.

Before coming aboard, you’ll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group 15 years old or older at the time of the trip, and supply a copy to the captain. Single day and 3 day licenses are available, this information is available online and can be purchased from the VT fish and wildlife website. Digital copies of fishing licenses ARE acceptable in the state of Vermont. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag but your captain will be able to help you with this.
