Planning your shore fishing trip in Berlin just got easier, thanks to Baitwatch Fishing!
You won’t have to travel far to fish these inshore waters, including a few honey holes that only the locals can clue you in on. These waters are known for Black Drum, Bluefish, Redfish, Ray, Blacktip Shark, Spotted Seatrout, Whiting, Striped Bass, and more – with any luck, you’ll have tight lines in no time.
Around here it’s common to go heavy tackle fishing, which is what you’ll be doing on the day of your trip. You can also do a bit of spinning, bottom fishing, and maybe more your guide wants to show you. Brian will provide rods, reels, and live bait.
You’re welcome to keep any fish that meet regulations. That’s dinner right there! Brian can take groups as large as 5 on this guided experience. You’ll be fishing without a boat, so expect to make your way on foot at least part of the time and come dressed for current weather conditions.
If needed, Brian might provide transportation, but you can otherwise expect to meet at the fishing grounds. Message Brian for details. Your fishing license for the day is not included, so members of your group may need to buy one. You can find out more online, including exceptions that may apply.
You’re encouraged to dress in layers and proper footwear (if you aren’t sure what that means, ask). It’s never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, sunblock, and bottled water, rain or shine. Brian will have some snacks and drinks for you. Children are welcome to come along.
