These waters are known for Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, Black Grouper, Red Grouper, Scamp Grouper, Snowy Grouper, Gag Grouper, Hogfish, African Pompano Jack, Permit, Cubera Snapper, Lane Snapper, and more – with any luck, you’ll find out for yourself! On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Evan also offers kite fishing. For the more adventurous among you, there’s spearfishing.

You’ll be fishing aboard a 32’ Andros center console that can carry up to 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Evan has rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.

A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Have in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

It’s always wise to bring bottled water, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
