Charleston has a fish with your name on it, so let Charlestowne Coastal Charters help you catch it! With Captain Scott at the helm, you're in knowledgeable and experienced hands.
Flounder, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Sheepshead, Spanish Mackerel, and more can be found in these waters, depending on the season. On the day of your trip, you're likely to use light or heavy tackle.
Your boat for the day is a 20' Bay boat with room for 4 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Capt. Scott will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Don't forget to bring snacks, sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. If you'd like to bring other drinks, ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Tips are not included in the booking price.Tip as you feel fit, crew and captains apreciate it. The normal tip is 20%

4 Hour Morning Inshore
The Flounder
We had a great time fishing with Captain Scott, but it didn’t start off that way, at least in the captain’s eyes. He in inadvertently left his tackle box on the hood of the truck at home. More on that later. We pulled up to one of his Flounder spots because we wanted to learn how to catch them. He was frantically looking on his boat for the tackle box but it was nowhere to be found. I told him that was fine we’ll go with whatever gear he had, he promised to take us out on another trip free of charge. Then it started, we caught flounder after flounder, and crabs too and had a blast. He did find his box after a brief call home to his loving wife who volunteered to bring it out to us. I told him that was fishing for you, it’s not about reeling in fish all day long, it’s about the experience. Captain Scott made our day with the kids catching plenty of fish and having a great story to share. Those are the trips you remember. Captain Scott even took the fish home a filleted them and then delivered them to us. What a wonderful day on the water that none of us will ever forget. He’s a keeper in our book!

Outstanding Trip!
Captain Scott met us at a launch that was conveniently located for us, and well suited to get us on the fish we were hoping to catch. He was very knowledgeable about the area and how to get on the fish, and was calm and friendly throughout all our snags, need for re-baiting, and in unhooking all the rays we caught too! It was an awesome day!

Great time!
Unfortunately we didn't catch anything but it wasn't for lack of trying. We tried several locations but weather and the time were just not working in our favor. Would definitely recommend a longer time slot. Scott was able to work with us on a time that worked instead of just the time listed online.

We had a great time fishing with Captain Scott, but it didn’t start off that way, at least in the captain’s eyes. He in inadvertently left his tackle box on the hood of the truck at home.
