Make the most of your time in Bradenton and go fishing with Reel Tactical Fishing. With Captain Matt at the helm, you’re in knowledgeable and experienced hands.
Species like Redfish, Flounder, Mangrove Snapper, Gag Grouper, Tarpon, Snook, Spotted Seatrout, Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, Sheepshead, King Mackerel, and more could be biting, depending on the season. You’ll target your catch by light tackle fishing, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Matt also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
Capt. Matt runs a 27’ Boston Whaler center console that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, you will be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don’t forget to bring sunblock (non-spray), a hat, and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now, time to hit the water with Reel Tactical Fishing!
