These waters are known for Largemouth Bass, During the trip, you might be spinning, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep. Captain Austin fishes Lake Okeechobee, headwaters, stick marsh and farm 13

Your boat for the day is a 20' Bass boat with a capacity for 3 passengers. Captain Austin will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself. Before coming aboard, you may be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.

Kids are welcome! They must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Don't leave home without snacks, drinks, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray).  Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
