The name of the game here is Crappie! During the trip, you might be light tackle fishing or maybe something more specialized in this area. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Now that's dinner!
Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. You can't go wrong when you bring snacks, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.
You'll find yourself aboard a 20' Center console with space for 4 passengers. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, it may be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.

My wife and I had a great day of fishing with Captain Donny. He is very knowledgeable and put us on a lot of fish. Donny is a excellent guide. His knowledge and techniques for fishing Crappie @ Lake Fork come from years of experience. He worked real hard to show my granddaughter, wife and me a great time for 2 days. Can't wait to go back.

My husband and I came over from South Mississippi to fish Lake Fork. We brought our own boat but also decided to book a charter to help get a feel for the lake and learn some new techniques. We did just that! Donny is an amazing guy who really has a passion for catching crappie and teaching others to do so also! He shared so many valuable tips and techniques that will help us to improve our future fishing trips and make better use of our Livescope! I definitely 100% recommend him! Wind and high pressure made for some tough fishing conditions but he still managed to keep us on fish and we were able to catch a very nice mess of some beautiful crappie! We look forward to future trips with Donny!
