Capt. Clifford will bring you aboard a 35’ Luhrs offshore sport fishing vessel with space for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, and all the essentials. There’s a full toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, as well as lures.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. It’s customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
Before coming aboard, it may be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
It’s recommended to bring bottled water, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid glass bottles.
