Spend the day with Dry Creek Charters and find out what the fishing in Mexico Bay is all about!
Depending on the season, you might hook into Chinook Salmon, Atlantic Salmon, Coho Salmon, Brown Trout, Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), and who knows what else! For these species, you're likely to troll.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks so that everyone stays happy and energized!
Your trip begins aboard a 23' Sport-Craft sportfishing vessel that holds up to 4 passengers. It has downriggers, and all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Christopher will supply rods and reels for you, as well as lures.
You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
You can't go wrong when you bring bottled water, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now's the time to experience fishing in Mexico Bay for yourself, with Dry Creek Charters!
They also do trips for Brown Trout on Harvey's Lake in Pennsylvania.

5 Stars! Captain Chris was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and an all-around great guy. The boat was spotless and fully equipped, and Sam, the deckhand, was absolutely top-notch. The entire crew was amazing—down-to-earth, fun, and made the trip enjoyable for everyone. We went out in mid to late August and landed a 22.5 lb king salmon! The fish was an incredible bonus, but honestly, just spending the day with these guys made it worth it. If you’re looking for an unforgettable charter experience, this is the one. Support this awesome local business and book your trip now—you won’t regret it!
