You’ll target species such as, Red Snapper, Redfish, Tarpon, Lane Snapper, Amberjack, Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, and more, depending on the time of year. You’ll target your catch by spinning, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Captain Justin fished the Florida Keys for 8 years catching everything from Snapper to Marlin, running about 350 charters a year. His best catch was his wife, Denise. Captain Justin and his wife moved to Flagler Beach in 2021, where their son Everett was born. Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard!
Everett’s Adventure is a famous 23’ SeaCraft that can accommodate up to 6 guests, and it’s powered by a 250 HP Suzuki engine. The vessel carries all licenses, permits, and insurance required. Bottled water is provided on the trip. Remember to bring snacks for the journey. Your 15-20% gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated.
Every day is a new adventure, not knowing who the customers are going to be, what fish are biting, or what you’ll see out there on the ocean. Fish caught during the trip are yours to take home, so long as they’re within the legal limit. Captain Justin can even clean your catch for you.

The perfect family trip
4 Hour Trip – Intracoastal (AM) on June 16, 2025
We had the best experience with Justin. We let him know ahead of time that we have a special needs son. He was so accommodating and truly made the day special for our family. All three of our children had a blast. Our nine year old daughter hooked a huge fish and made a life long memory. He even cleaned our catch for us to cook later that night. He was knowledgeable about the best spots to fish and didn’t let us sit too long before moving to the next place. It kept our little ones engaged and maximized the time we had. He was very professional but so fun to be around. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. But, especially to families.

4 Hour Trip – Intracoastal (AM) on March 15, 2025
What an amazing day my family had. 100% credit to Captain Justin. We arrived 45 minutes early CPT. sitting in his vessel fully ready to go. Took us out for a shot at trout first, less then 3 minutes before 1st hook! Next moved onto the most exciting part STINGRAYS at least 12 large unbelievable fighters. Everyone on board hooked at least 2. My 12 year old daughter is hooked for life. Thank you so much Cpt. Justin for an AMAZING adventure my family will never forget. Boat was spotless and equipment was top notch and plenty for all.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Our family was in town for a reunion and everyone loves fishing with Justin. We caught tons of different fish and even multiple sharks. Captain Justin was personable and great to be around for the trip. It definitely made many great Fathers Day memories.

My kids had never been on a saltwater fishing trip. This couldn’t have been better for them. We all had a great time and Capt was outstanding in the way he conveyed knowledge and encouraged them all. I would highly recommend and will be going again with the same Captain!

Best Charter boat I've ever been on!

Our trip consisted of 3 teenage boys, 2 parents, an Amazing Captain and a lot of great fish! Captain Justin knew exactly where to take us to find what we wanted, BIG fish! The boys had the time of their life struggling to reel in big Drum without losing them! Captain Justin fileted what we caught and was so kind to teach my son how to do it, as well. If we come back to this area, we will hands down choose him again!

Captain Justin Brunk was born in Baltimore, Maryland, where he grew up fishing and crabbing the Chesapeake Bay with his father and brother. Although he's held many construction jobs, including trucking, operating heavy equipment, logging, etc., his love for the water was always there, but no one ever told him it could be a career. He was working construction but wasn't happy, so he packed his bags and moved to the Florida Keys, towing a camper, not having a plan, and not knowing what was going to happen. when he landed his first job as a deckhand, he was as green as green could be in the charter industry. He started to make a name for himself, got his master captain's license, and started running charters out of the Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL. Now he's looking forward to showing you an adventure you'll cherish for a lifetime!
