Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. You’ll be dropping lines from a 27’ Center console that can carry up to 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary. There’s no need for a local fishing license before the trip. The crew keeps the catch and will clean and filet some for the clients to take.
