On these trips, it's common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Top targeted species include Great Barracuda, Skipjack, Mahi Mahi, Grunt, Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, Black Grouper, Lobster, Caribbean Queen Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, Tarpon, Spanish Mackerel, and more, depending on conditions.
Your boat for the day is a Wellcraft 180 Fisherman 18' Center console that holds up to 4 passengers along with all the essentials. Rods and reels are included, however if you got that lucky fishing rod you want to try out ask the captain about bringing your own.
No local fishing license needed before the trip just the willingness, hope and patience to pursuit your catch. Some species might be protected and if accidentally caught we shall safely release.
It's recommended to bring bottled water, sunglasses, and sunscreen. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Had an incredible day fishing the flats with Captain Jeromey! We only had a short 3-hour window in port, and Jeromey was amazing at accommodating our tight schedule. The communication leading up to the trip was excellent—he was responsive and made the logistics seamless, which really lowered our stress. Helping support small business and having a private charter was important to us. Once on the water, his local knowledge was top-notch, and he worked hard to get us on fish. If you're visiting via cruise and want a pro who respects your time and knows the flats, book with Jeromey!

Captain Jeremy is very knowledgeable anout Grand Cayman fishing. He worked very hard to try and get us to the right spots for fishing. He was very courteous and considerate of our time. Wish we had a little more time but we only booked a 3 hr trip. We would definitely book with them again. Good for smaller groupsof 3 to 4 people.

My family had a blast fishing with Jeremy on SMB! Pickup and dropoff were super easy and Jeremy was there much earlier to ensure we started on time. We caught several Snapper thanks to Jeremy's extra effort; this guy works hard! He gave my son extra special attention which we all appreciated very much. We'll see you again soon, Jeremy!

Capt Jeremy and 1st mate Nate were amazing. Caught a couple of small fish, but not their fault. Capt Jeremy lost a lot of hardware to day. They both were easy to talk to, friendly, knowledgeable about fishing and talked about the local culture. Guys you went above and beyond. Thank you from Wisconsin Deb and Wendy. Dont forget we want to know what that fish was that we caught.

Captain Jeremy is a great guide. He cares for his customers, his gear, his boat, and the environment. My wife and I had a great day with Captain J and Aquatic Adventures! You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
