Jenkins Fishing Service and Motel, established in 1958, is a veteran and family-owned and operated company located on the beautiful White River in Calico Rock, Arkansas. Offering a full-service Trout fishing outfitter.
The full-day fishing trip includes a boat with a guide, bait, chairs, and cushions, life jackets, landing nets, shore lunch, an ice chest with soft drinks, and water. A full-day trip usually covers 10 to 12 miles of the scenic White River. The half-day trips are available morning and afternoon and do not include shore lunch.
These waters are known for Brown Trout, Cutthroat Trout, Rainbow Trout, and more. Fish are cleaned and bagged by the guide, ready to take home. Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome!
You'll be fishing aboard a 20' Drift boat with room for 3 passengers. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you. Before coming aboard, it is required to have a valid fishing license and Trout permit for everyone 16+ in your group. This information is available online at the Arkansas Game and Fish website.
It's never a bad idea to bring snacks, sunscreen, sunglasses, and weather-appropriate clothing. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation. For safety purposes, no more than 3 guests may set out in a boat with one guide.

My husband and I booked a trip on thanksgiving weekend and despite the cold and the river conditions we did great! it was cold and windy, but Ron our guide was persistent- with heart and his knowledge he made sure we fished and were successful! He was so knowledgeable of the river and guided us to the spots he knew. (i out fished him! 😜)my husband didnt catch his goal brown trout, but that is the luck of the draw. however today ended with big smiles and a desire to fish more next year! A big thanks to Ron and company for accommodating us. Happy Holidays! love, the Poe’s!

Trout Galore!!

This trip was wonderful! It was my birthday and we caught more trout then I could imagine. I hadn’t fished in quite a number of years but they made it easy to get back in the hang of it. The guide grew up in Calico Rock!! Experience in the area is priceless. The White River was a bucket list for me and this service checked all the boxes!!!!

Jenkins guide service was top notch. Guide put us on fish all day and was great with any questions we had. Owner was the best anyone could ask for. We caught a limit apiece and that’s with the water being high. Will definitely be back later in the year and will be booking with Mr Jenkins on our next trip.
