Ready to catch some quality fish in Miami Or enjoy a day having fun in the sun at the sand bar Bearcut bandit charters LLC is here to make it happen! Your guide for the day is Captain Alek, so you'll benefit from 20 years of local experience.
Fishing around here will often see you targeting Kingfish, Mahi, Wahoo, Silky Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Red Snapper, Vermilion Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, Gag Grouper, Goliath Grouper, Red Grouper, Scamp Grouper, Snowy Grouper, Golden tile, Blue line tile and more, depending on the season.
During the trip, you might be spinning, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Live bait is $60 (optional).
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! We provide children-size life vests. It's recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled drinks, and sunscreen (non-spray). Waters and ice are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation.
The 28' Center console with NEW reliable twin Suzuki 200s can carry up to 6 passengers It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Alek has rods and reels for you.
The charter boat covers your fishing license and rods, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.

Fantastic experience with a passionate and knowledgable captain.
6 Hour Trip on April 24, 2026 • 4 adults
We only did a half day 7am-1pm and still hooked into around 12 fish between 4 guys and kept 10. A few bonita, a blue runner, and and around 8 blackfin tuna. Alek was very passionate about making sure we were figured out the correct way to jig for the Tuna so that everyone had a shot to get one. He would mark them on his screen and swing around if we drifted to make sure we were still on top them. We doubled up a few times as well!
At the end of the day he took the time to fillet all of them for us to take home. He even cut some pieces for us to eat with soy sauce while he did so. We now have weeks worth of fresh Tuna! I would defnitely recommend this off shore trip for half or full day.

I had a friend visiting town and we decided somewhat last minute to try to get out on the water. We booked at 6pm the night before, so I honestly wasn’t sure it would even be possible to make it happen on such short notice.
From the start, the captain was incredibly organized and responsive. Communication through the platform messaging was quick and clear, which immediately gave me confidence that everything was being handled professionally. He also kept us informed about the weather and sea conditions and let us know ahead of time that offshore fishing wouldn’t be ideal, so we would focus on inshore instead. I really appreciated the transparency and the effort to set expectations.
When we arrived, the boat was completely prepared and ready to go. Everything felt smooth and well thought out. What stood out most, though, was the captain himself. It’s rare to meet someone who is so genuinely passionate about fishing while also being incredibly patient with people who are not experienced. He took the time to explain things, helped us when needed, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and fun rather than intimidating.

Captain Alex Exceeded Expectation
8 Hour Trip on February 20, 2026 • 4 adults • 1 child
We are ocean fishing novices and Captain Alex was patient and encouraging with my kids. Within 30 minutes of reaching our first fishing location my son hooked and landed a sail fish. He never stopped trying different tactics and different areas to get everyone in our party of 5 hooked on!!! We all caught fish. Bonita, black tuna, yellow jacks, red and yellow snaper, and a strawberry grouper. Some we were able to keep some we had to throw back. At the end of the trip Captain Alex filleted fish, for us and even made sashimi for us with the black tuna! couldn’t have asked for a better day highly recommend Captain Alex at Bearcut Bandit Charters!!!

Captain Alek provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. We booked a four-hour trip beginning at 7:00 a.m., and everything was organized and ready upon our arrival. Our group consisted of four adults and two children, and Captain Alek was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive, especially since we were inexperienced anglers.
He had us on fish almost immediately, ensuring everyone had a great time. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. After the trip, he cleaned our catch, allowing us to enjoy a fantastic fresh fish dinner later that evening.
I highly recommend Captain Alek and cannot say enough positive things about the experience. We will definitely be returning.

Unforgettable Experience
Sunset & City lights 4pm to8pm on January 3, 2026 • 6 adults
I’ll start by saying this was my first time reserving a fishing charter and with that being said, moving into the future I don’t think I would choose another Captain.
From day one of reservation, communication was top priority. The day of the charter came and our trip was amazing, we learned so much, and I commend the patience of our captain when dealing with three excited teenage boys. We caught so much fish and sharks (which was so cool especially releasing them).
At the end of our trip, watching our captain descale the fish we caught and fillet some of them was a special treat.
Can’t wait to book another charter in the future.
Anyone reading this comment and contemplating whether to schedule with Alek (Beatcutbandit), he’s your one stop shop!!!!
