If you plan on fishing in Islamorada, look no further than 6th Generation Charters. Having six generations born and raised on these waters, Captain Dylan knows them forwards and back.

Snook, Redfish, Cobia, Yellowtail Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Goliath Grouper, Tripletail, Speckled Trout, Tarpon, Mangrove Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, and more could be biting, depending on the season. You can expect to do some spinning, popping, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Fish caught during the trip are yours to take home, so long as they're within the legal limit. The crew can even clean your catch for you. Have a cooler ready in the car!

Your excursion begins aboard a 24' Proline with a capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. The charter covers rods, reels, bait, fishing licenses, and tackle, and live bait is included! Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. It's always wise to bring snacks, drinks, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation. Just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Give yourself something to look forward to and book a trip with 6th Generation Charters!

Great trip!
3 Hour Inshore/patch fishing (AM) on April 30, 20262 adults

Dylan provided exactly what we asked for. We didn’t catch a lot of fish but we were looking more to see some of the local waters in the Everglades and that’s what he provided. We caught a few speckled trout and hooked at nice size spinner shark. Unfortunately he spit the hook out as soon as I got him to the boat but I don’t think we wanted him in the boat anyway. We saw a ton of tarpon but they obviously just weren’t hungry. I would use Capt. Dylan again any day!
