Depending on the season, you might hook into Hammerhead Shark, Bull Shark, Blacktip Shark, Tiger Shark, Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Bonito, Gray Triggerfish, Red Snapper, Cobia, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, and whatever else is biting. On the day of your trip, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Now that's dinner!
You'll step aboard a beautiful, lime green, 36' Hatteras with room for 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board and a great AC for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures. You'll be participating in live baiting that you get to catch yourself!
You'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 20% tip is customary. Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Don't forget to bring snacks, drinks, sunblock, and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation. Just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

By far the best fishing charter I’ve ever used. Captain Katie was quick to respond to messages and questions both before and after booking. She made our group comfortable and kept everything light and fun. She put us on the fish right away, and kept us in the hunt when we switched to sharks. It took a bit before we got into a shark fight but we were able to get our tiger to the boat. We told her we wanted a fish that would fight us and she delivered! We will rebook everytime we are in Destin. Deck hand Jalen was an absolute work horse! He kept our gear going and got us reset and back in the action quickly after catches. His knowledge is well beyond his years, kid’s going places!

Worked and worked but the sharks weren’t biting anywhere. Caught plenty of Bonita. Great captain and crew would absolutely book them again.

Capt Katie and Nick did a great job! We had a mixed crowd from ages 8 to 44, with new and experienced anglers. The trip was planned perfect to cater to everyone’s skills and must do’s! I would highly recommend Shock’n Y’all to anyone.
