Phantom Sportfishing Elite Oakville
Phantom Sportfishing offers top service for fishing trips on Lake Ontario and Lake Erie.
Start your adventure with a guide who's seen it all! Captain Franky started fishing in Italy when he was a kid and continued his journey around the world with a professional crew. He decided to settle in Canada and explore the beauty of The Great Lakes. Now, he's ready to share some of this fishing magic with you.
You'll be fishing on a 34' Pursuit offshore fishing yacht, with full amenities for families and groups of up to 8 anglers. These include a bathroom, AC and a heated cabin. Brought down from Florida to give you a full offshore fishing experience, it's the only vessel of its kind on the north shore of Lake Ontario. Why settle for anything less?
Trolling is the best way to cover large portions of water and target larger species of fish that are sure to put a smile on your face when 500 feet of line spool off a reel. Go after Coho and Chinook Salmon, Walleye, or different types of Trout - Steelhead, Brown, and Lake.
The crew will cover your fishing equipment and clean the catch. You'll need to purchase your fishing license and prepare some snacks and drinks.
Phantom Sportfishing will do the work - you do the reeling! Join them for your next day to remember!
32, 34, 50 foot Boats availability. We are an elite service. Don't be fooled by those who provide sub bar vessels with no proper bathroom. All our vessels are fully equiped with all amenities:)

This fishing trip was an amazing experience for our family. The captain was great to work with before the trip. The boat and equipment was pristine. The captain walked the kids through each step marking sure they learned and were a part of the process. The captain was amazing with our youngest child, helping him reel in the biggest catch of the day!! We would book again in a heartbeat!
amazing time for group gathering and try your hand for some big lake fishing
The day itself was nice, the weather was great, the boat was comfortable, and we enjoyed the ride. Unfortunately, the fishing part was very disappointing. We didn't catch a single fish and only had one bite the entire trip. For us, it just wasn't worth coming. I had expected at least one catch, but we left empty-handed, which made the whole experience frustrating.
Thanks for the review Victoria. Glad you enjoyed your day. Unfortunately like life ,fishing has no guarantee. But you can't have a chance at catching a fish if you don't go out. To say its not worth going fishing because you are not guaranteed a fish, well that's just not how fishing works or it would be called "catching ". Some days we can do everything perfect but the fish won't come cooperate and its just the name of the game. Hope you enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Our group of 4 was looking for a nice morning out in the water. Steve and John were great hosts! They supplied everything and gave us a complete rundown or what to expect and what to do. We rode out early morning after a 6:45am meet and got a bunch of bites early on. The bites slowed down at the latter end of our trip but that's fishing! It's a game of patience. Even so, being on the water, in the sun, and with good company was very enjoyable. We walked away with a haul that included a 15lb Chinook Salmon and a nice 8lb Rainbow Trout. Steve cleaned the fish on the boat so we walked away with enough meat to keep us fed for over a week. All in all, it was am amazing time and we will definitely be looking to book again!
