Getter Done Charters LTD invites you to experience the stunning waters of Nanaimo and Ladysmith.

For our winter trips we launch from two different locations. One being Nanaimo 1890 Zorkin road. The other one being Ladysmith 837 Ludlow road. Make sure to discuss with the captain on what location they plan to leave from. Location will be dependent on the productivity of the waters in both location and what species you want to target. PRAWNING IS CLOSED IN NANAIMO AREA UNTIL APRIL 1ST 2025
The fish in these waters include Chinook Salmon, Crab, Shrimp, and more, depending on conditions. On these trips, it’s common to troll using light or heavy tackle. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Now that’s dinner!

You'll be casting lines from a 22' Grady White offshore sport fishing that can carry up to 4 passengers. It has downriggers and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, as well as lures.

Before coming aboard, buying a local fishing license for everyone in your group may be necessary. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Trips with Getter Done Charters are child-friendly, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. A few items to bring include snacks, drinks, sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.
