Rising Tide Coastal Adventures - Ladysmith 

Had a great day on the ocean today. Fish weren't biting, but we were still able to enjoy a wonderful day exploring our beautiful area. There's a whole different perspective when you see it from the ocean. We stopped by Thetis Island for a quick snack continued on our way. I loved the view of Vancouver against the mountains. We ended with a cooler full of Spot Prawns and Dungeness Crab. Let the feast begin! We highly recommend Rising Tide Coastal Adventures and Captain Chris.

Ive had a few charters, in BC, in Mexico. This is the first one where it was a perfect experience. The captain was bright, knowledgeable, pleasant company and hard working. When I wanted to change things it was always no problem. When things were not biting he was working the lines overtime. We brought up a large lingcod, a keeper chinook, some amazing prawns, a large rockfish, and dungeoness crab. My every request and need was met or exceeded and I just had a great day. Other charters could learn something from Captain Don and Christopher wasnt there but did coordinate and made sure everything was arranged and smooth as anyone could ask for.

Captain Chris and Rising Tide was phenomenal. It was our first time salmon fishing and took the time to understand our concerns and what we were especially looking forward to. He was easy to talk to and get along with. We will definitely be returning to Rising Tide for more fun experiences. They have excellent equipment and a very comfortable vessel. We caught many fish and crab too! Chris took excellent care of us. Thanks again Chris!

My Dad, Mom, little sister and I did a 4 day trip to sooke, we had planed to go fishing two weeks in advance where our capitalina cancelled on us a couple hours before departure. I reached out to Chris and he responded within minutes that he would be happy to help us get out in the water before we left, and about two hours later we were on a beautiful boat on the ocean. Chris and his wife were very kind and friendly to all of us, and we had the best time we could’ve asked for, unfortunately didn’t catch any fish, one bit but I let it get away while I was reeling it in haha. Highly recommend booking with Chris.

Had an amazing day out fishing and crabbing with Chris! My daughter and I had such a great time. Great company and conversation, and Chris really went the extra mile to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and catching fish. Beautiful luxurious boat too, not your regular fishing boat Highly recommended

We had such a wonderful day. Did the full day trip which is fully custom to how you'd like the day to go. Weather was perfect, calm waters, cool yet enjoyable. I think we caught 8 salmon! Only able to take home 2 as the rest were protected. Chris was an excellent host, even have us a gift as it was our anniversary! We left with a bonus of a bunch of crab from the crab traps laid at the start. Highly recommended, will definitely be back!

This was the best fishing trip we have ever had. The VIP service picking us up at our dock was amazing.
