Fishing around here will often see you targeting Blacktip Shark, Black Drum, Kingfish, Jack Crevalle, Speckled Trout, Bonnethead Shark, Flounder, Tarpon, Bluefish, Bull Shark, Redfish, Cobia, and more, depending on the season. For these species, you’re likely to spin using light tackle. You get to keep some of the catch, ask the captain for details.
You’ll be fishing aboard a 24’ Bay boat with a capacity for 4 passengers. Your captain will provide rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself. Kids are welcome aboard!
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for a good time! Have in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It’s always wise to bring snacks, bottled water, sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Great captain
Captain John certainly knew the local waters. He adapted quickly as the day was very windy. He taught me a ton about inshore low-country fishing. Though we caught a couple, but a couple bigger ones broke the line; my learning curve went up exponentially. Even if we didn’t catch anything, the time and money was well spent. Learned a lot.

Great day on the water!
Had a great day on the water. Our guide, Caleb, took care of us and put us on some nice fish. We got to experience catching reds and a black drum in the creek and a couple of sharks, sharpnose and black tips, out in open water. Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!
