These waters are known for Snook, Redfish, trout, and more – with any luck, it won’t be long before "Fish on!" On these trips, you can expect to use light tackle. Capt. Robert also offers fly fishing.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!

Capt. Robert will bring you aboard an 18’ Maverick flats boat with space for 2 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you. There’s no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Have in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

A few items to bring include sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
